I am pleased to announce that I am starting my role as Editor-in-Chief for the British Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (BJOMS). This is a 5 year role and a great honour, as BJOMS is the only OMFS UK journal, the formal journal of the British Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (BAOMS) and one of the leading scientific OMFS journals worldwide. It is a great honour and responsibility and i am proud to be the only Greek ever to be appointed to this post.
